My first memories are of my mom making me listen to Blackbird by the Beatles. Our house used to be littered with LP records, and when the technology improved, cassettes and CDs. Music has had such a determining effect on my life, and my parents were rather surprised when I decided to major in History instead of getting into the field of music itself.
My love affair with music still continues. I’m a hardcore classic rock kind of guy, but I have a lot of tolerance for new forms of music. I’m rather fond of indie pop, jazz, R&B and blues. I’ve been testing the waters with some hip hop albums as well.
I am currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in World History, and I hope to be a published author some day. I am extremely fond of reading, coffee, and travel. Lately, I’ve been trying to get myself into shape by aggressively pursuing cycling and swimming activities.
